PRICES

* Price includes:
tourist tax, spare bed linen, spent water&electricity, cooking utensils and other home belongings, as well as parking place and final cleaning on departure day. 

For periods less than 3 days, the price is 30% more.

Reservation:
reservation is confirmed after transferring 30% of arrangement price on our account. If for any reason you want to cancel reservation, avans won't be  refunded. 

Arrival and Departure from the apartmentS

The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 13:00 pm. If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we might try to accommodate you before.

Departure should be before 12 am if you require a later departure let us know in aadvance and we will try to accommodate you if our next arrival is not early the same day. If your ferry is scheduled to leave late in the afternoon you may leave your luggage in our house or apartment until it is time to leave for the ferry.
